If it has not been shipped out yet, you will bear a minimal cost of SGD $4.50 as handling fee to cancel it. 

If your order has already been shipped out, it will be categorized as a product return.

Return Policy

The information on this section is applicable to all products except for Advance Pressure Relief Insole as well as any of our Carnation Footcare Solutions product

For return of any of our Carnation Footcare Solutions product , please refer to our 60 Days/ Bottom Of the Tube Money Back Guarantee.

For return of our  Advance Pressure Relief Insoles and Advance Pressure Relief Heel Pads, please refer to the manufacturer's  6 Months Warranty on the product packaging

 

All Products must be returned unused, and in original condition.

 

The return process for all products except Advance Pressure Relief Insoles and Advance Pressure Relief Heel Pads as well as any of our Carnation Footcare Solutions product is as follows:

Step 2: Send the email back to us within 7 days after receiving the product. Strictly no extension.

Step 3: We will email you the details on how to return the products to us within 3 days.

Step 4: Mail your return product(s) back to us within 7 days after receiving the email.

Step 5: Once we receive the product(s) and verify they are unused and in original condition you will receive a full refund of the product(s) cost only; shipping and handling costs are non-refundable

Step 6: Upon approval, refund will be processed within 7-14 business days.

Please note that return must have prior approval before they are shipped back to us. We will not accept return without confirmation from our side.

Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We highly recommend that you use a traceable delivery service when shipping the product(s). We will not be able to make any refund if we do not receive the return product(s).

In the rare case of wrong product(s) sent or manufacturing defects, please inform us within 3 days of receipt and return the product(s) in their original condition within 7 days of the purchase date. The correct product(s) will be sent to you at our cost. We will also pay for the shipping cost of returning the product(s) to us.

Any purchase made by PayPal and credit card will be refunded to the original PayPal account and credit card. If the original credit card account has expired or been cancelled, we cannot issue a refund (no exceptions). We are not responsible for any charges/fees assessed by your banking institution.
